July 5 - 6 Jack Coghlan is from Sydney, Australia, where he trained and began his culinary career. After moving to London, he began a five-year tenure as Sous Chef at Lyle’s, the Michelin-starred restaurant. He later served as Sous Chef at Planque before setting off on his own. Most recently, he opened Norbert’s alongside John Ogier, co-founder and partner of Lyle’s. Norbert’s is a rotisserie chicken spot known for its concise yet crowd-pleasing menu. In July, he’s joining forces with Matthew Reade, a friend and collaborator from their time at Lyle’s, to take over our menu.
