DeVonn Francis kicks off our Chef-in-Residence series with a menu showcasing the vibrant, global cuisine that has made him one of the fashion world's most in-demand chefs. Proceeds from his menu and three special cocktails featuring Supergay Spirits will be donated to The NYC LGBT Community Center in recognition of Pride Month.
About Our Guest Chef
DeVonn Charles Francis is the Chef-Owner of Charles & Francis. With a degree in Art & Design, a history of private events and catering around the U.S., and a deep admiration for fashion; Charles & Francis is Francis’ thesis on the art of hospitality.
Francis travels the world in search of new flavors and atmospheres: from Paris to Costa Rica, Jamaica, Antigua, Grand Cayman, and through the American South finding new stories about food, people, and culture.
