Born and raised in San Francisco, Rey has spent the last 15 years working in New York’s most renowned restaurants, including the inimitable Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad Hotel, most recently re-opening the three Michelin-starred EMP as a vegan concept. Rey now leads the KOL kitchen team alongside Chef Patron Santiago, bringing unparalleled skill and creativity, and a boundless appetite for learning and evolution.
