Isabel Garcia is a Spanish-British chef currently based in Paris. Her culinary journey has taken her through kitchens in Copenhagen, Mexico, London, and Paris, where she led the kitchens at Aux Deux Amis and Delicatessen. She has also helmed residencies at Fulgurances L’Adresse and Mokoloco.

 

Her cooking style is rooted in her Spanish heritage but is also influenced by French and Italian cooking. Her approach reflects care, intention, and curiosity, with menus built around seasonal availability and sustainable sourcing. Join us in September as she takes over our menu.
