CHEF-IN-RESIDENCE

Borja Del Cerro

Thurs, July 30: 5 - 10 PM

To kick off our 5th birthday celebration, Chef Borja Del Cerro of Le Crocodile is returning to the 6th floor for one night only and taking over our kitchen, serving tapas inspired by Spain’s Cantabrian Coast, Basque Country, and Southwestern France.

There will be DJs set and plenty of surprises in store.

Borja Del Cerro

Borja Del Cerro is the Chef de Cuisine of Le Crocodile, our all day French Brasserie. A native of Santander, Spain, Borja started cooking when he was 18, and moved to New York four years later. He specialized in Spanish, French, North African, and Pakistani cuisine before finding his way to Wythe where he has been an integral part of our team for the last four years.

At Le Crocodile, Borja draws inspiration from French Brasseries as well as regional dishes from Coastal France—Normandy, Basque Country, and Aquitaine—using seasonal, local ingredients.
