Bar Blondeau is a French-style bar from chef partners Aidan O’Neal and Jake Leiber (Le Crocodile, Chez Ma Tante) and restaurateur Jon Neidich of Golden Age Hospitality (Le Crocodile, Acme & others), located on the sixth floor of Wythe Hotel, in the heart of Williamsburg.

With unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, Bar Blondeau features a seafood-forward menu with French, Spanish and Portuguese influences, complementing Beverage Director Rafa García Febles’ international selection of natural wines from up-and-coming wine regions, and bar manager Sörine Anderson’s signature cocktails, frozen drinks and zero proof beverages.

Reservations are currently available on Resy two weeks in advance for parties of up to 8 guests. Walk-ins are also welcome!

Please be advised,

in accordance with the New York City mandate all guests of Bar Blondeau are required to show proof of vaccination, either through a physical vaccine card, the Excelsior Pass, or the NYC COVID Safe app.

For the safety of our guests, staff, and community, Wythe Hotel has chosen to extend this policy to include guests that are seated outdoors, who will also be required to show proof of vaccination.

Exempted from this policy are children under the age of 12.
