DeVonn Charles Francis is the Chef-Owner of Charles & Francis. With a degree in Art & Design, a history of private events and catering around the U.S., and a deep admiration for fashion; Charles & Francis is Francis’ thesis on the art of hospitality.

Francis has created vibrant and distinguished meals in partnership with brands such as Gucci, Converse, and Burberry, and has been featured in publications like The New Yorker, New York Times, Bon Appetit, and Interview Magazine. Francis travels the world in search of new flavors and atmospheres: from Paris to Costa Rica, Jamaica, Antigua, Grand Cayman, and through the American South finding new stories about food, people, and culture.

Jack Coghlan is a from Sydney, Australia, where he trained and began his career in the kitchen. After moving to London, he began a 5 year tenure as Sous Chef at Lyle's, a Michelin starred restaurant. He later served as Sous Chef at Planque before setting off on his own to open Norbert's. 

Norbert's, a rotisserie chicken spot known for its concise, but crowd pleasing menu,  along with John Ogier, a co-founder and partner of Lyle's.

For Fourth of July weekend, he's joining forces with Matthew Reade, a friend and collaborator from their time at Lyle's London. 

Starting off his career, Matthew Reade worked at at Embla in Melbourne for 3.5 years before moving to London. There, he started the kitchen teams at Brat at Climpson Arch and then Lyle's. He is no stranger to a pop-up, hosting countless menu takeovers cross New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Brussels, Scotland and England. 

​Now, he lands New York City alongside former Lyle's collaborator Jack Coghan for a cheeky Fourth of July Weekend Menu Takeover.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Rey Lopez has spent the last 15 years working in New York’s most renowned restaurants, including the inimitable Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad Hotel. Now he's in London leading the kitchen team at KOL, a Mexican restaurant blending in British ingredients.​​

In August, he returns to NYC for the weekend.

Isabel Garcia is a Spanish-British chef currently based in Paris. Her culinary journey has taken her through kitchens in Copenhagen, Mexico, London, and Paris, where she led the kitchens at Aux Deux Amis and Delicatessen. She has also helmed residencies at Fulgurances L’Adresse and Mokoloco.

Her cooking style is rooted in her Spanish heritage, but is also influenced by French and Italian cooking. Her approach to cooking reflects a lot of care, intention and curiosity, building menus around what’s available seasonally and what makes sense sustainably.
